This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work — from managing contracts and supporting legal processes to assisting with insurance and general accounts receivable administration. You’ll play an important role in helping the business operate smoothly and efficiently, supporting teams across Sales, Finance, and Legal, and ensuring our processes are compliant and well-documented.

The role

  • Review contractual agreements and terms & conditions.
  • Work closely with customers, sales teams, and portfolio directors to resolve challenges.
  • Join customer calls to support resolution discussions.
  • Support the continual improvement of contracts, order forms, and T&Cs.
  • Maintain an organised tracking system to avoid repeated issues.
  • Legal: Manage the legal inbox and ensure it’s regularly updated.
  • Liaise with external solicitors to resolve legal cases.
  • Keep sales teams informed of ongoing actions and outcomes.
  • Maintain the legal case tracker and record all live and closed cases.
  • Track and approve legal costs and invoices from solicitors.
  • Insurance: Manage insurance documentation for each show and maintain a clear record system.
  • Attend monthly meetings with insurance agents.
  • Reconcile invoices and raise credits where customers provide insurance proof.
  • Work with agents to continually improve and streamline processes.
  • General AR Administration: Complete complex vendor forms and assist the credit control team with setting up portals and registering invoices.
  • Support Other Ad-hoc Administrative And Finance Tasks As Required.
About you

You’ll be an organised, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll have the confidence to liaise across departments and the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.

  • Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
