• Proven experience as a Project Controls Engineer, preferably in MEP on construction projects.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in construction.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with finance to develop project budgets and cost estimates.
• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Maintain accurate and organised project documentation.
