Unlike traditional pre-sales roles, you will embed deeply with customers throughout their automation journey—from initial discovery through implementation—designing, prototyping, and deploying production-grade solutions that demonstrate the transformative power of Agentic Process Automation.You will spend significant time on-site with customers, understanding their business challenges at a granular level, rapidly building proof-of-concepts, and delivering custom integrations that showcase real business value. Your work will directly influence both customer success and product evolution, as you serve as a critical feedback loop between the field and our engineering teams.**You will make an impact by being responsible for:****Customer Engagement and Technical Discovery:*** Deep Customer Embedding: Invest significant time embedded with customers, gaining thorough understanding of their business processes, technical infrastructure, pain points, and strategic objectives* Proactive Opportunity Identification: Identify automation and AI opportunities within the customer's environment, proposing innovative solutions that address both immediate needs and long-term digital transformation goals* Trusted Technical Advisor: Build strong, long-term relationships with both C-suite executives and technical teams, becoming the go-to expert for Agentic Automation, AI agents, and intelligent process optimization**Solution Design and Hands-On Implementation:*** Rapid Prototyping and POCs: Design and build functional proof-of-concept solutions quickly, demonstrating real-world applicability and ROI potential using Automation Anywhere's platform alongside complementary technologies* Custom Development and Integration: Develop production-grade bots, AI agents, and workflow automations tailored to customer-specific requirements, including complex integrations with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, etc.)* Hands-On Technical Delivery: Roll up your sleeves to debug, optimize, and deploy automation solutions directly into customer environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure* Architecture Design: Design scalable automation architectures that leverage hyperscaler capabilities (AWS, Azure, GCP), incorporating RAG, LLMs, OCR, and other advanced AI technologies**Value-Based Selling and Business Alignment:*** Value-Driven Demonstrations: Lead the technical evaluation stage of the sales process, showcasing solutions based on measurable business outcomes and strategic value rather than feature lists* Executive and Technical Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with both C-level decision-makers and technical practitioners, translating between business objectives and technical implementation* Strategic Workshops and Evangelization: Lead customer workshops, process discovery sessions, and best practice forums, establishing thought leadership in AI-driven automation**Product Evolution and Knowledge Leadership:*** Product Feedback Loop: Serve as a critical bridge between customers and product/engineering teams, providing detailed feedback on product gaps, enhancement opportunities, and customer requirements* Internal Knowledge Sharing: Document best practices, solution patterns, and customer insights, contributing to internal knowledge bases and enabling the broader team* Emerging Technology Expertise: Stay at the forefront of Agentic Automation, LLMs, RAGs, Process Reasoning, and enterprise AI trends, sharing insights and educating both customers and internal teams* Competitive Positioning: Provide strategic technical advocacy and competitive differentiation, positioning Automation Anywhere's unique capabilities against alternative solutions**Driving Growth and Expansion:*** Expansion Opportunity Identification: Identify and drive additional use cases and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, serving as a technical champion for growth* Partner Enablement: Work with implementation partners and system integrators to transfer knowledge and enable successful customer deployments* Market and Segment Development: Contribute to go-to-market strategies and frameworks that enable penetration into new industries and segments**You will be a great fit if you have:****Education and Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degrees are a plus* 7+ years of overall professional experience, with 3+ years of relevant experience in sales/pre-sales roles within Intelligent Automation, Cloud, Generative AI, and/or related fields* Experience selling into and working with Banking, Financial Services, Insurance companies is highly preferred**Technical Expertise*** Hands-On Automation Development: Proven experience building and deploying production automation solutions on platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism, including bot development, workflow orchestration, and production support* AI and Machine Learning: Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks; ability to integrate AI capabilities into automation workflows* Enterprise Systems Integration: Deep experience with enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Workday) and API-based integration patterns* Cloud and Infrastructure: Proficiency with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures* Programming and Scripting: Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages;
