Further dutiesof the roleinclude;settingup student timetables and registers,bookingrooms for the team,creatingand updatingtracking andmonitoringdocuments,maintainingaccuraterecords and files,takingminutesin team meetings,claimingfor qualifications,raisingpurchase orders and processinginvoices.
You will have excellent organisational and IT skills as well as relevant administration experience. You shouldpossess5 GCSEs (GradeA*-C/9-4) including English and Maths, or equivalent.ALevel 2 qualification in Business Administration is desirable.
