Job Description

What will you be doing?

We are seeking Requirements Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) for next-generation vehicles. You’ll collaborate on-site with cross-functional engineering teams to define, manage, and validate system requirements for cutting-edge features such as Parking Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Drive Pilot.

You will be at the forefront of integrating complex software and hardware components, ensuring compliance with industry-leading safety and quality standards, and enabling seamless functionality across multiple vehicle domains. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of mobility by contributing to high-performance, safety-critical automotive systems.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage and maintain detailed ADAS system requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment of system design with safety standards, particularly ISO 26262, and support compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with software and hardware integration teams to resolve interface and interoperability challenges.
  • Utilize industry-standard tools such as IBM DOORS, MATLAB/Simulink, and CANoe for requirements traceability, modelling, and validation activities.
  • Work with cross-disciplinary engineering teams to identify, track, and mitigate system-level risks.
  • Support the integration and testing of ADAS features to meet performance, safety, and regulatory targets.
  • Participate in reviews, audits, and technical discussions to ensure robust requirement capture and delivery.
  • Provide expertise in ADAS systems to guide problem-solving and decision-making during development phases.

Qualifications

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Systems, Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, or related engineering discipline.
  • 3–7 years of experience in ADAS systems development, including requirements definition and management.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 26262 and safety-critical development processes.
  • Proficiency in DOORS, MATLAB/Simulink, and CANoe.
  • Experience supporting both software and hardware integration in automotive environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
