The Role

As an Associate Account Executive, you will manage a diverse requisition load, cultivate client relationships, source and evaluate candidates, and leverage data‑driven insights to optimize hiring strategies. You will orchestrate the end‑to‑end recruiting process from initial outreach to aftercare, supporting clients with regular market intelligence and metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse requisition load across all functional areas and seniority levels, ensuring efficient hiring strategies.
  • Reach out to prospective clients within your market focus to develop brand awareness and arrange meetings to sell our tailored service and establish job requirements.
  • Serve as the go‑to person for hiring managers throughout the duration of active hiring and thereafter to develop comprehensive and long‑standing business relationships.
  • Conduct in‑depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations based on evaluations.
  • Oversee the entire recruiting process, integrating customer requirements through sourcing, outreach, screening, submission, interviews, feedback all the way to offer and aftercare.
  • Act as a partner to your client to ensure full understanding of requirements with weekly check‑ins to grow your business account.
  • Support the development of sourcing plans and tactics with other Associates, researchers, and client managers.
  • Build and maintain external networks by actively sourcing both active and passive candidates and prospective clients.
  • Conduct structured interviews and document candidate screening through ATS.
  • Use data to analyze, track, and support metrics for stakeholders.
  • Communicate search progress, tactics, market talent supply, and candidate fit with hiring managers during meetings.
  • Create search overview reports for clients, including market intelligence and activity summaries.
  • Compile weekly lifecycle metrics and achievement against goals.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects as needed.
Experience and Knowledge Requirements
  • Passionate about enabling businesses through human capital.
  • 0–2 years of recruiting or sales experience.
  • Experience in sourcing and candidate assessment would be ideal.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools including LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Driven by collaboration, learning, doing the right thing and quality human interaction.
  • Pride in delivering quality work, every time.
  • Fluent in English. Spanish preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
