The role
As a Growth Lead at Cambio, you will build our sales pipeline and close enterprise deals, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging with high‑value clients, and managing complex sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to engage large‑scale commercial real estate prospects and meet sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through existing pipelines, targeted research, networking, industry conferences, and outbound outreach.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with enterprise real‑estate customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at enterprise accounts.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create a cohesive sales and piloting process.
- Provide customer insights to product and design teams to iterate the real‑estate decarbonization platform.
- Track and report sales activities and progress using CRM tools.
Impact
In your first 12–18 months you will:
- Drive ARR growth by closing deals with major enterprise real‑estate investors, owners, and other key customer profiles.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive continuous revenue growth.
- Establish a best‑in‑class sales organization that supports future expansion.
- Build and lead strong relationships with enterprise customers, creating long‑term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver outstanding prospect and customer experiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
- Strong background in SaaS sales and deep understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C‑level executives.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Collaborative team player committed to collective success.

- Work authorization required for the United States or Canada.
- Hybrid role; can be based in one of our four hubs: New York, San Francisco, Waterloo, or London.
