- Help customers solve technical issues with products and services.

- Provide good customer service by making sure the customer is always satisfied once the interaction is complete.
- Gather all relevant information into the system and always be sure to provide quality service.
- Stay up to date on all developments in the technical area of your work so that you are always informed!
Requirements
- Fluent in French and advanced English
- Experience in customer support, working with a CRM is a plus
- Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
- Comfortable with phone calls interactions, email writing and social media
