Uma empresa de recrutamento, em parceria com um cliente de prestígio, busca um 'Contador - Projeto' para uma equipe dinâmica. O candidato ideal terá formação em Finanças, pelo menos 2 anos de experiência, e será responsável por garantir a implementação de políticas contábeis e a melhoria contínua de processos. Esta é uma oportunidade em um ambiente internacional, oferecendo desafios e crescimento.

Qualificações

  • Grau em Negócios ou Finanças e Contabilidade exigido.
  • Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em ambiente contábil ou escritório de auditoria.
  • Familiaridade com legislação contábil e fiscal em ambientes internacionais.

Responsabilidades

  • Aplicar políticas contábeis do grupo e seguir procedimentos de controle interno.
  • Preparar demonstrações financeiras e pacotes de auditoria.
  • Analisar relatórios mensais e participar da elaboração de relatórios fiscais.

Conhecimentos

Proficiente em ferramentas de TI
Conhecimento de processos de auditoria
Entendimento de procedimentos de controle interno
Conhecimento de IFRS

Formação académica

Diploma em Escola de Negócios ou Finanças e Contabilidade

In partnership with our client, a market-leading SSC, Randstad is currently recruiting for an Accountant - Project position.

Key Responsibilities

Daily tasks/responsibilities:

  • Ensure Group accounting policies are applied;
  • Ensure internal control procedures are followed (IcoFr framework);
  • Participate in the efficient and continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Monthly tasks/responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly closing tasks;
  • Provide monthly reports to our partners when applicable;
  • Review monthly reports received from our partners when applicable.

Quarterly tasks/responsibilities:

  • Analyze Balance Sheet at consolidation level, IFRS, and Directional reporting;
  • Participate in contract analysis and review all related legal documents (Shareholders Agreement, service agreements, etc.);
  • Provide audit packages and liaise with external auditors;
  • Address ad hoc requests from the Accounting Lead/Manager;
  • Prepare tax packages in cooperation with the Tax Manager;
  • Liaise with partners to obtain accurate data when applicable.

Semiannual and annual tasks/responsibilities:

  • Participate in tax reporting;
  • Prepare financial statements for entities within your scope, including audits and filings;
  • Support partners with their financial statements;
  • Conduct ad hoc audit missions if needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Business School or Finance & Accounting related degree;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related environment or an audit firm;
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems;
  • Knowledge of audit processes;
  • Understanding of internal control procedures;
  • Knowledge of IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IAS 37, and other relevant standards;
  • Familiarity with statutory accounting and tax requirements in an international environment.
