Job Description:
Join Our Growing Team in Lisbon!

We are recruiting new Health Managers to support our expanding operations. Based in Lisbon, you'll be a key contact for our insured clients, providing guidance and support across multiple channels, including phone, email, and mail, while managing payments for their services.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Client Communication:

  • Be the primary advisor and support for our insured clients, responding through various channels to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Actively contribute to performance metrics, helping our team meet site quality and response targets.

Assistance & Advisory:

  • Handle calls from beneficiaries and healthcare providers, providing advice on contracted services.
  • Support clients in their healthcare journey, ensuring a smooth experience.

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee contract management tasks, including registration, cancellations, and contribution processing.
  • Manage healthcare services, including processing reimbursements, creating estimates, and coordinating care according to internal protocols.
  • Update and maintain records (contracts, addresses, banking details, etc.).

Customer Relationship:

  • Inform insured clients about their contract details, reimbursements, and all related matters (subscriptions, changes, terminations, contributions).
  • Provide solutions to inquiries from clients and healthcare professionals.

No sales or prospecting is required in this role.
