The Offer

  • Help customers solve technical issues with products and services.
  • Provide assistance through different channels (telephone, email) in a genuine manner
  • Be an active listener.
  • Always be ready to understand and ask clear questions to help the client.
  • Identify, investigate and offer a solution to the technical issue.
  • Provide good customer service by making sure the customer is always satisfied once the interaction is complete.
  • Gather all relevant information into the system and always be sure to provide quality service.
  • Stay up to date on all developments in the technical area of your work so that you are always informed!

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and advanced English
  • Experience in customer support, working with a CRM is a plus
  • Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
  • Comfortable with phone calls interactions, email writing and social media
