A local educational institution in England is looking for a dynamic Cover Supervisor to ensure staffing consistency for students. You will cover for absent staff, deliver lessons based on teacher plans, and run individual and group interventions. This role supports multiple sites and requires adaptability and experience in educational settings. The position offers flexible working hours, and the institution is committed to safeguarding children's welfare.

We are seeking to recruit a cover supervisor to ensure consistency in staffing for our pupils.
You will need to be adaptable and dynamic, coviring staff abscences and staff who are out on CPD. If you like experiencing a different day, every day, then this position is for you.
The school delivers a broad curriclum of GCSE's and vocational subjects. You will need to be able to deliver lessons planned by the teachers, adapting delivery where needed to meet pupil and group needs.
When not covering sessions you will be running interventions for individuals and groups.
This post will be supporting the school accross 3 sites in Deal and Thanet
Your salary will be proratedto reflect the 38 working weeks, meaning you’re paid for the weeks you work plus a portion of holiday pay, then this total is spread evenly over 12 months for consistency.
