Job summary
A reputable care provider in the UK is seeking a Day Senior Care Assistant to deliver high-quality care and support to residents. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in residential care and hold an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care. Responsibilities include supervising team members and ensuring a caring atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills and a compassionate nature. Qualifications
