You will support individuals with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities in their homes, focusing on daily living skills and social integration. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in similar roles and hold an NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care. This position offers flexible shifts and requires a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Leader or Senior Support Worker is advantageous.
• Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of Supported Living Services.
• Schedule and allocate work to Support Workers.
• Support with medication and personal care tasks.

Skills

Previous experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities

Education

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
