A not-for-profit care organization in Poole is seeking a Night Care Team Leader for their Bank Team. This role involves planning and managing quality care for residents, inspiring and guiding a team of care assistants, and administering medication. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care. Benefits include a discount card and assistance programs.

Pay rate : Up to £15.35 per hour + paid breaks
Hours : Bank Team
We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care Team Leader to join the Bank Team at Fairlawn, our purpose built residential and dementia care home based in the heart of the community in Ferndown, Dorset.

We want someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents – you’ll also need to be able to inspire and nurture your team to be at their best every day.
You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.
