Job summary

A leading care provider in Chester is looking for a Care Team Leader to oversee and support a team of dedicated care workers. This full-time night role requires NVQ level 3 in Care and experience in a dementia care environment is preferred. You'll provide professional leadership, ensuring accurate records and meeting customer needs. Competitive pay and benefits are offered in a supportive environment.

Care Team Leader

Location: Chester- City Road

Pay Rate: £14.60 per hour (minimum)

Shifts: Full Time Nights

Role responsibilities

As a Team Leader at Belong you will be responsible for providing professional leadership, coaching and development to a team of dedicated support workers. As well as being responsible for the medication on the household, ensuring accurate records are kept and that customers plans are up to date. Through demonstrable experience you will have awareness that sometimes you may face challenges and as a result you will excellent at planning both your time and team whilst remaining supportive to peoples individual needs.

This is an fantastic role for someone who really cares about health and well being in the peoples later years. The right person with be an exceptional role model and will have an NVQ level 3 in Care (or be working toward); experience in a dementia care setting is preferred.
