Job summary
A healthcare organization in Manchester is seeking a Care Co-ordinator for overnight shifts. Responsibilities include managing patient communications, coordinating visits, and ensuring the seamless operation of urgent care services. Ideal candidates will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health Care and a strong telephone manner. The role offers a salary of £24,675 with additional rate enhancements for out-of-hours work and is pivotal in delivering vital care to our communities.
