The analyst will ensure all high priority issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.**What you will do:juany*** Consultative Support: The Analyst is expected to fully learn the Intapp DealCloud platform and services, and will be responsible for offering client best practices and a consultative approach to ongoing client support* Client Education: Assist clients with questions regarding training, platform configuration, workflow and new processes* Client Satisfaction and Product Adoption: The Analyst must ensure that his/her assigned clients are “raving fans” of the product, service and company.
