Qualifications

  • 8+ years prior experience in Hospitality Soft Services, Facility Management or Operations.
  • Knowledge of commercial and Workplace Strategy is preferred.
  • Track record of initiative, integrity, and good judgement.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with Account Leadership to identify opportunities to grow and scale programs.
  • Develops working relationships with clients to understand their goals.
  • Leads the standardization of workplace experience programs regionally.
