Our focus is on “Business to Business” sales where you will have direct customer contact as we aim to develop customer relationships with major UK clients who work in the Energy, Rail and Renewable industries.Main duties and responsibilities:* Maintain regular contact with customers to establish strong relationships* Preparation of quotations and tenders* Collating market intelligence* Supporting the Key Account Managers* Marketing duties – brochures/exhibitionsYou will be an undergraduate ideally studying a business or economics related degree.Skills and Competencies:* Professional attitude to work and a willingness to learn* Ability to work well under pressure* Enthusiasm to work in a business environment* Team player possessing good communication/interpersonal skills* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Applications, particularly Word and ExcelWe will provide all the training and support to allow your placement year to give a vital insight into the way business works and how it relates to the theory learnt during your studies.
