The role

As a SAP Support Analyst – Plant Maintenance, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation, supporting and enhancing our SAP systems to ensure operational excellence across our defence and engineering programmes.

Day‑to‑day, you’ll be providing functional and configuration support for SAP Plant Maintenance, Fleet Operations, Field Service and Service Cloud modules.

  • Supporting master data and business processes across Plant Maintenance and Fleet Operations
  • Delivering functional support for MRO 1 to 4 processes
  • Supporting SAP user interfaces including Fiori, Work Manager and iMRO
  • Assisting in the design and configuration of SAP Plant Maintenance and Fleet Operations solutions

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Essential experience of the SAP Support Analyst – Plant Maintenance
  • Relevant experience in Plant Maintenance or Information Management
  • Hands‑on SAP Plant Maintenance support and configuration experience
  • Experience supporting Fleet Operations (Flexible and Production Planning or similar)
  • Strong understanding of SAP business processes and user interfaces
  • Integration knowledge with Logistics, Project Systems, Timesheets, HR, Procurement and Supply Chain
