You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and on time.

• Coordinate delivery of audits, FRAs, SSVs, training, and other safety services
• Allocate work effectively, ensuring the right auditor with the right skills is assigned to each job
• Ensure services are delivered within agreed timelines and client deadlines
• Liaise with Operations, Audit, and Fire Safety teams to support smooth service delivery
• Maintain clear, timely communication with clients
• Manage diaries and scheduling processes accurately and efficiently
• Oversee subcontractor scheduling and support performance management
• Monitor performance metrics, utilisation, and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement
• Support project coordination and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks
