A local waste management service in Gillingham is seeking a Recycling Operative to assist the public in proper waste disposal. You'll work to ensure waste is correctly sorted and the site remains tidy, alongside operating relevant equipment. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be able to work independently. A driving license is preferred but not essential. The role involves 32 hours per week at a rate of £12.44 per hour.

We are looking for someone to join the waste team at HWRC Gillingham, in order to advise and assist members of the general public to deposit waste at the recycling centre, ensuring the different types of waste are placed in the correct container or location.
