A leading telecommunications company in Potters Bar is seeking an experienced Head of Civils to oversee civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensure project delivery, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic Head of Civils to lead the operational and strategic delivery of civil engineering works in our fast-paced telecoms division. This role will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will oversee all civil engineering activities for telecoms infrastructure projects, from ducting and cabling to reinstatement and handover. You will take full ownership of team leadership, programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and health & safety performance, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across our civils function.
