Are you an experienced Bid Manager or Senior Bid Writerready to lead winning bids and inspire a growing team?

We’re looking for astrategic, creative, and detail-driven professionalto manage thefull bid lifecycleand deliverhigh-quality, compliant submissionsthat help us secure exciting new projects.

You’ll lead a talented team of2 Bid Writers and a Bid Executive, driving best practice, collaborating across departments, and ensuring we consistently deliver stand-out, client-focused bids.

What You'll Do :

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing bid team
• Deliverhigh-quality, compliant, and timelybid submissions
• Design and implement winningbid strategies
• Manage the bid pipeline and collaborate with Business Development & Operations
• Build strong internal and external relationships to support success
• Drive process improvements and ensureconsistency and compliance
• Track win/loss rates, analyse feedback, and improve performance

You should bring:

• Experience creating, developing and managingrobust bid processeswith strong governance

• High levels of organisation, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• A proactive approach, with a knack for spotting opportunities and improving processes
• Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours when needed for deadlines or client engagements
• Afull, clean UK driving licence
