Overview of the Role
A Senior Architect (Residential) is required to join a well-established architectural practice based in Clerkenwell, London. This role offers the opportunity to lead design-led residential projects for national housebuilders and private developers across the UK.

This Senior Architect (Residential) role is suited to an experienced ARB registered architect with a strong background in UK residential architecture. You will be responsible for maintaining design quality while ensuring projects remain technically robust, commercially realistic, and compliant with UK regulations.
The role offers the opportunity to work on medium to large-scale residential developments within a collaborative and design-focused studio environment.
Practice & Project Information
The practice is an established multidisciplinary architecture studio with more than 120 architects, designers, and creatives working across three UK offices. The Clerkenwell studio works closely with colleagues in other locations to deliver projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

Projects typically span all RIBA stages, from early feasibility and planning through to detailed technical delivery and construction. The practice maintains a strong focus on ensuring that design quality is supported by robust technical coordination and practical delivery strategies.
Architects and technologists collaborate closely throughout project lifecycles. This integrated approach ensures design concepts remain deliverable while meeting the requirements of UK Building Regulations, national space standards, and planning policies.
