- BSc. (or equivalent) in Chemistry or closely related discipline.
- Extensive experience conducting and directing process development.
- Extensive experience in leading process development groups.
- Extensive experience tech transferring manufacturing processes.
- Postgraduate Qualification (or equivalent) in organic chemistry, chemistry, or closely related discipline.
- Experience in API process development.
- Experience in tech transferring processes to external manufacturing facilities.
- Experience in leading manufacturing activities.
