Your responsibilities include managing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring effective communication for recruitment success. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in talent acquisition and strong skills in mentoring and process innovation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong market knowledge and ability to articulate business opportunities to candidates.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and training team members.
  • Ability to work independently, setting work priorities and timelines.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own hiring for a major function across multiple hiring managers or regions.
  • Influence and communicate effectively with senior clients.
  • Demonstrate deep market knowledge to hiring managers.
  • Engage passive candidates using industry knowledge and trends.
  • Establish work priorities and timelines under limited direction.
  • Manage personal metrics to meet hiring goals.
  • Maintain ATS compliance while achieving targets.
  • Implement process improvements for stakeholder support.
  • Review and share information on best practices and tools.
