Job summary
A leading tech startup in the UK is looking for a Platform Engineer to build and manage infrastructure for their innovative software testing platform. You'll be the first in this role, responsible for scaling the platform and ensuring production reliability. The position offers significant autonomy, excellent growth potential, and a competitive salary ranging from £150K to £300K plus equity. The role requires strong engineering skills, experience with AWS, and a drive for action in a fast-paced environment.

- 3+ years of experience in a software development or platform engineering role.
- Experience operating production systems on AWS or other cloud providers.
- Hands-on with Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Ability to write production-quality code and solve technical problems.
- Experience with incident management and on-call rotations.
- Awareness of security best practices.
- Ability to manage infrastructure costs effectively.
