To learn more, visit . **Job D****escription****:**This is a hybrid position that requires attendance in the Cambridge office at least 2 days a week.**What will I be doing:**As a Senior Cyber Analyst, you’ll have a varied and challenging workload across SOC, consultancy, and threat functions. Key responsibilities include:* Using the Darktrace platform and supporting tools to investigate alerts and network traffic for unusual patterns, producing technical customer-facing reports.* Assessing risks and implementing straightforward security measures.* Identifying threat trends and investigating campaigns across Darktrace’s customer environments.* Answering a range of basic to complex customer questions via email or chat with clear, concise responses.* Proactively engaging with team members to discuss strategies and objectives.* Creating checklists to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.* Speaking credibly on cybersecurity topics and sharing knowledge internally and externally through technical blog posts.* Representing Analyst work and cybersecurity principles confidently in customer-facing engagements.* Staying up to date with the latest developments and trends in cybersecurity.* Becoming a technical expert for customer engagements, sharing best practices and supporting adoption of the Darktrace platform.* Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development.* Maintaining the highest standards of customer and business data security.**What experience do I need:**We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating within a diverse team.
