As a shift leader you will be part of a multimillion-pound restaurant which employs 200+ employees. This position is open to people who have experience of managing and leading teams within the retail, hospitality, business or a customer focused environment. Additionally, this role is restaurant based and involves working changeable shift patterns including working weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
Position Requirements
You will work a variety of day parts, including breakfast, evenings and overnights, and a mix of all days to become accustomed to shift work and experienced in all aspects of the business.
