Pay rate for this role: £13.12 per hour rising to £13.76 per hour upon passing the management course, with a £2 per hour uplift between 00:00 - 05:00

As a shift leader you will be part of a multimillion-pound restaurant which employs 200+ employees. You will have responsibility of managing shifts to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers, upholding company standards, building sales and growing profitability. To achieve this, you will have the opportunity to work with, coach and develop a multi-generational workforce in a fast paced, fun environment.

This position is open to people who have experience of managing and leading teams within the retail, hospitality, business or a customer focused environment. Additionally, this role is restaurant based and involves working changeable shift patterns including working weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Position Requirements

You will work a variety of day parts, including breakfast, evenings and overnights, and a mix of all days to become accustomed to shift work and experienced in all aspects of the business.
