Flogas is powered by people who want to do energy right by customers in homes and businesses all across the country. From Drivers to Technicians, Customer Experience experts to Site Managers, Engineers to Electricians, we come together as a team of experts, to do more for our customers

How you’ll power our business as a HRIS Analyst

As a HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our HRIS platforms to support various HR functions, including but not limited to employee data management, reporting, compliance, and system enhancements. You will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. All of which means job security, and opportunities to get involved in exciting new initiatives. Join Flogas and help us do energy right for the future.

Here’s what you’ll be doing
  • Deliver a reliable HRIS experience by ensuring data accuracy, system security, and full compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
  • Partner with HR, IT, and the DCC Global HRIS Systems team to design, configure, and enhance the system, so it evolves with business and colleague needs.
  • Provide prompt support by troubleshooting issues quickly and collaborating with internal and external partners to minimise disruption.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits and proactive corrective actions, giving colleagues confidence in the information they use.
  • Empower HR and leaders with insights by creating custom reports and dashboards that highlight trends, performance indicators, and opportunities.
  • Support the wider HR team flexibly, always prioritising a positive service experience for colleagues.
What we’ll need from you
  • Proven ability of learning new systems quickly.
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work to deadlines, in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer focus and service mindset approach, both internally and externally
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation, with fluent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent team player, collaborative and able to use initiative to problem-solve and provide solutions.
  • A people-centric & results orientated approach that is motivated by providing standards of excellence.
  • Flexible approach and able to work to business needs/demands.
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative with a solutions-focused, positive, and enthusiastic mindset.

  • EAP (Employee Assistant Plan)
  • Health plans, wellbeing support, free flu jabs and Eye Care Vouchers
  • Extensive discounts from loved brands and major retailers
  • 25 holidays + bank holidays with 1 additional volunteering day. *pro-rated based on contracted hours
  • Enhanced Family Friendly Leave
