Based in the East region, with Peterborough as the central hub. You'll need to travel to our central hub in Peterborough and other operational sites across the East region, a minimum of 3 days a week. The other days you'll have the flexibility to work from home.

As a Project Manager within our delivery team, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects across a range of mechanical disciplines. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle - from design and procurement to construction, commissioning, and handover - ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and safety standards.

You’ll be a confident and proactive project manager with experience in the construction and/or engineering industry. You’ll work well under pressure, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively across teams. You're hands on, detail focused, and know how to bring people together. You’ll also know how to plan resources, manage time, identify issues before they become problems, be commercially aware, safety-focused, and driven to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions. Eligibility may be affected by birthplace, nationality, current or former citizenship, and any residency held.
