A leading hotel group in Woking is seeking a diligent Accounts Assistant to support daily financial operations. Key duties include processing invoices, reconciling revenues, and preparing financial reports. We’re looking for a dedicated Accounts Assistant who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and supporting smooth financial operations across the hotel.
As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the Finance team supporting the Double Tree by Hilton Woking - the hotel is just a short walk from Victoria Place shopping centre, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The newly refurbished meeting and event spaces provide the perfect setting for gatherings of up to 350 guests.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily financial operations by processing invoices, supporting accounts payable and receivable, reconciling daily revenue, and preparing financial reports. You will assist with month-end procedures, maintain accurate financial records and documentation, and respond to finance-related queries from internal departments. Working closely with the Cluster Financial Controller and the wider hotel team, you will support administrative and reporting tasks while helping to uphold strong financial controls and meet operational needs.
You’ll bring experience in a finance or accounts-focused role, with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Confidence with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems is essential, and hospitality finance experience is a plus.
We’re looking for someone organised, reliable, and solutions-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A finance qualification or progress toward one would be an advantage.
