In this role, you will create Energy Performance Certificates on an ad-hoc basis while enjoying the flexibility of accepting appointments. The position requires excellent communication skills, validity of public liability and professional indemnity insurance, and a valid Assessor ID. This is an entry-level, temporary position with base pay at £62 per appointment.

  • A basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years.
  • Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
