Graduate Sustainability Officer - Full or Part Time

Position: Graduate Sustainability Officer (Full or Part Time)
Location: Little London, England, United Kingdom

We are a leading property management firm seeking a recent graduate passionate about sustainability to join our team. This is a 1‑year fixed‑term contract, hybrid role with 4 days in the West London office (short walk from Regent’s Park) and 1 remote day.

About the role

You will support the delivery and reporting of social value and environmental initiatives across a diverse property portfolio. You will help track and communicate the positive community and environmental outcomes generated by our managed assets. The role will involve site visits, data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement, report writing and general team support. You will also gain exposure to sustainability strategy in a commercial property context, developing communication, project management and analytical skills.

What you’ll do
  • Support the delivery and reporting of social value and environmental initiatives.

  • Conduct site visits, collect data and perform analysis.
  • Engage with stakeholders and write reports.
  • Provide general team support and develop sustainability strategy skills.
What you need

  • Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
  • Comfortable using Excel and producing simple data reports.
  • Interest in social value, carbon reporting and biodiversity initiatives.

Salary: £28,000 per annum (pro rata for part‑time).
