About Us

Holiday Inn Express and Crowne Plaza Terminal 4 is a dual‑brand hotel connected to terminal 4 via a covered walkway. It is directly connected to the underground, mainline, and Elizabeth line. One side is the Holiday Inn London Heathrow Express featuring 457 bedrooms, an express bar and café, offering all‑day dining with simple, honest food, and a lively bar. The other side is the upscale Crowne Plaza London‑Heathrow Hotel with 304 elegant bedrooms, 13 suites and 4 high‑tech meeting rooms. The hotel boasts a variety of exciting food and beverage outlets, including a Club Lounge and offers a 24‑hour fitness studio. It has ample parking for both guests and employees.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the Front Office team, fostering team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests’ needs and brand standards.
  • Manage and inspire the team to achieve maximum guest feedback scores and to increase revenue potential through upselling and promotions.
  • Implement sales, marketing and rates policies as defined by the Revenue Manager.
  • Deal with any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
  • Encourage the team to develop and maintain strong relationships with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards, while continually looking to improve.
  • Manage rotas, timesheets and holiday entitlements, considering occupancy and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals and departures.
  • Manage and oversee all groups and delayed flight arrivals and associated administration.
About You

  • Proven track record of hotel experience in a similar position.
  • Good working knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
  • High standard of English, both written and spoken.
