Summary: As a Director of Global Quality Affiliate Programs, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing large-volume global quality programs across multiple countries. You will provide strategic and technical leadership for global quality outsourcing programs, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with global and local quality and regulatory standards, while managing resources effectively. You will manage internal teams and develop external networks in regions without a presence.
Our team members have the option to work remotely or in a hybrid environment from any of our offices. The ideal candidate should possess a global and local mindset, balancing consistency and scalability with local needs. Creativity, analytical thinking, and courage to propose innovative solutions are essential.
This role requires leadership, mentorship, decision-making, and the ability to inspire confidence across teams and leadership. Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and experience working with international teams are necessary. The candidate should be confident, assertive, pragmatic in problem-solving, and adaptable to new challenges.

Education: University degree in Life Science.
Experience: Extensive professional experience in Life Science or pharmaceutical solutions industry in a quality or compliance role.
Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of international legislation for medicinal products, regulatory frameworks, and local market management. A commercial and innovative mindset, with excellent command of English (oral and written).
