Job Description – Technical Project Manager (e-PCM)

Job Title: Technical Project Manager (e-PCM)

Base: Brentford, London (with hybrid working) or Remote UK base

Reports to: Head of Knowledge Management

Location: TLM International Office, Brentford - Flexible– remote or office-based

Date: 2026 Q1

Main purpose of the job

The Leprosy Mission is seeking to design, develop and roll out a new digital system (e-PCM) designed to enhance programme management. The system will improve data collection, reporting, and operational efficiency in projects and offices in the 27 countries that form The Leprosy Mission’s Global Fellowship.

The Technical Project Manager will lead the e-PCM project from initial scoping (based on pre-defined requirements) through to successful delivery. While the system will be built by an external implementation partner, the Project Manager will work closely with them to oversee delivery, ensure timelines are met, and confirm that the solution is thoroughly tested and fit for purpose. The role will also be responsible for managing a smooth and practical rollout, ensuring all users are properly trained, and the processes are clearly documented to support successful adoption of the system.

Hence, the role requires strong technical understanding, structured project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders internally across The Leprosy Mission's countries and with the chosen third‑party provider delivering the system.

The role combines strong technical project management with deep understanding of programme delivery, using technology in low-resource settings.
