We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our Show Services team in our Tring office, supporting projects from quote to completion with accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional administrative organization.

This role is essential to our day-to-day operations and is perfect for someone who loves structure, communication, and keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes.

As a Production Assistant, you’ll act as the administrative backbone for our Show Services workflows. Working closely with the Account Manager, you’ll ensure accuracy, organization, and smooth coordination throughout every stage of the quoting and billing process.

• Support the Account Manager with constructing, updating, and confirming quotes while ensuring documentation is accurate and current.
• Review technician expense reports for each show, approving or rejecting items to help complete billing.
• Process updates, additions, and adjustments requested by the Account Manager and communicate changes clearly to internal departments.
• Assist the Account Manager in completing final invoicing within established timelines.
• Work with Accounting to ensure deposits, invoicing, credit applications, COIs, and collections are completed correctly and on time.
• Help resolve client and contract related questions with professionalism and urgency.
• Follow established SOPs, processes, and procedures to help maintain project profitability.
• Coordinate staffing requirements and schedules with Account Managers and Project Coordinators, ensuring updates are accurately entered into R2 and communicated properly.
• Assist with add orders, TPLs, LOLs, and equipment substitutions on active quotes.

• Familiarity with live event production, logistics, or quoting is a plus.
