Job summary
A leading pharmaceutical firm is seeking a Lab Support Coordinator in the Newcastle area. This pivotal role involves providing technical support for cobas chemistry and immunoassay analysers, troubleshooting, and coordinating with clients. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the medical diagnostics industry, be customer focused, and hold a full UK driver's license. This position offers a daily salary ranging from £200 to £331 depending on the employment type.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support service for cobas chemistry and immunoassay analysers.
- Carry out installation projects and implementations.
- Troubleshoot and investigate issues on site.
- Coordinate customer reviews and address customer issues.
Skills
CK Group are recruiting for a Lab Support Coordinator to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months based in the Newcastle area.
Salary:
£200-£250 per day PAYE or £265.27-£331.59 per day via Umbrella.
Lab Support Coordinator role:
- You will be responsible for technical support service of cobas chemistry and immunoassay analysers for the client.
- You will carry out installation projects and implementations on behalf of the client.
- You will be responsible for troubleshooting, investigations and systems modifications.
- Supporting and dealing with customers onsite and coordinating issues, and attending customer reviews.
Your Background:
- You possess a strong understanding of the medical diagnostics industry.
- You have experience in implementing best in class laboratory practices, in a hospital laboratory or at similar diagnostics solution providers.
- You will have the ability to provide effective support for pathology laboratory solutions and excel in the art of troubleshooting.
- The successful candidate will be customer focused, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- You will be able to plan your work schedule and extensive travel arrangements autonomously.
- You should have a full UK drivers licence, and your own transport.
