A leading energy company in Inverness is looking for an Occupational Safety Advisor to provide safety guidance during large capital projects. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in safety management and knowledge of relevant regulations. Responsibilities include supporting project teams, ensuring compliance, and promoting a positive safety culture. A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is required, alongside excellent stakeholder management skills. This role offers a competitive salary and flexible working options.
Base Location: Inverness or Ullapool
Salary:£50,100 - £75,100 + car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

The Occupational Safety Advisor is a highly technical, competent, professional role in the Offshore Delivery team that provides proactive and pragmatic safety advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders during the execution of large capital projects.
The role is required to support worksites along the cable route from Beauly to Dundonnel. The successful candidate will be expected to be site based 3-5 days a week.
Due to the nature of travel associated with this role, a valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
