A leading renewable energy company in the UK is seeking a Renewables Engineer to join their Civil Delivery team. This full-time role involves supporting hydro operations across Argyll through the maintenance and improvement of essential infrastructure. Candidates should have experience in construction or project management, ideally with a degree in civil or mechanical engineering. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential, alongside a valid UK driving license due to site travel requirements. The position offers a competitive salary and a range of flexible benefits.
Base Location: Inverawe, Sloy, Perth, or Glasgow (with travel across Argyll to local hydro assets as required)
Salary: £54,952 – £64,738 + car/car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
We have an exciting opportunity for a Renewables Engineer to join our Civil Delivery team supporting hydro operations across Argyll. You’ll work on a wide variety of meaningful engineering projects that help maintain and improve our hydro infrastructure—supporting renewable generation that powers communities across Scotland.
Experience of hydro is preferred but not essential as full training can be given for candidates who meet all of the above requirements.
