A global leader in digital services is seeking a Principal Consultant specializing in Data Architecture to lead HR data migrations to Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in data engineering and proven skills in multi-source data migration, particularly using Oracle EBS and modern cloud technologies. This role involves establishing data governance standards and ensuring compliance while optimizing performance for high-volume datasets. An inclusive workplace culture is emphasized.
Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in data architecture/data engineering, with 5+ years leading migrations to HCM.
- Proven experience in multi-source HR data migration.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Responsibilities
- Define data migration approach from heterogeneous source systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Create & track cutover tasks for Data Migrations.
- Design canonical data models to consolidate data into HCM Cloud.
