Role Overview: As the Operations Director, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the gyms. This individual will lead a team of regional managers and general managers, driving operational standards and compliance while managing budgets and enhancing profitability. This is an all‑rounder role that requires a deep understanding of people, products, and operations.
- Oversee daily operations across all sites, ensuring exceptional service, cleanliness, and member experience.
- Lead and support site managers, ensuring adequate staffing, training, and performance standards.
- Drive operational standards and compliance with health & safety regulations, maintenance schedules, and industry standards.
- Manage budgets and operational efficiency, controlling costs and improving profitability.
- Implement growth and expansion plans, overseeing new club openings and refurbishments.
- Strong operational background with experience in multi‑site management.
- Proactive leadership style, ideally with a military background.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Working Hours: Predominantly Monday to Friday
