We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Fitter with strong hands‑on experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in mechanical assembly and sub‑assembly within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be detail‑oriented, safety‑conscious, and capable of working independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and quality standards.

• Perform mechanical assembly and sub‑assembly of components to precise standards.
• Read and interpret general assembly drawings, schematics, and interact with 3D models.
• Use hand and power tools with accuracy and care in line with safety and quality expectations.
• Assemble components efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues using initiative within defined parameters.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to overcome production challenges.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.

• Experience in mechanical fitting in a manufacturing environment.
• Formal qualifications in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3D models.
• Confident with the use of hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to use initiative.

• Salary - £36,482
• 26 days holiday + bank holidays
• Work pattern: Mon‑Thurs: 6am - 2.30pm, Fridays: 6am - 11.30am
