Salary:£35,000 basic + company benefits

As a Senior Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and the workshop. You won’t just be providing a service you’ll be building trusted relationships and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the relationship manager for customers during service and repair visits
• Setting clear expectations and keeping customers informed throughout the process
• Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
• Following up to ensure customer satisfaction with completed work

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a customer-facing service role (essential)
• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (essential)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
