Position Summary

Maintenance Electrician vacancy.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of maintenance covering electrical, plumbing, plus all various trades required to maintain the running of the hotel and licensed properties.
• Work as part of a small team of maintenance engineers.

Qualifications

• Qualified time served Electrician.
• Minimum 3 years experience within a maintenance environment (desirable five years) ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Good IT skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance staff and various Heads of Departments.
• Resourceful and self‑motivated.
• Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
• Required to work a weekend every 4 weeks.
• Over 25 and have a full UK driving licence.
