- Work with C-Suite to lead and deliver strategic internal communications across multiple transformation workstreams affecting employees
- Keep employees informed, aligned, and motivated through ongoing organisational change.
- Translate complex, operational, or regulatory information into clear, engaging plain-English communications.
- Work closely with senior leaders to shape, strengthen, and deliver key messaging.
- Provide expert advisory support, challenge, and guidance to senior stakeholders.
- Produce clear, accessible content for customers, clients, and partners.
- Collaborate with external communications, branding, or public affairs agencies as required.
- Support messaging and engagement with a range of external stakeholders.
- Strong experience in internal communications within a complex, fast-paced, or regulated environment.
- Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leadership teams.
- Skilled in supporting communications during periods of transformation or change.
- Experience simplifying technical or detailed information for broad audiences.
- Comfortable working with external PR/comms agencies.
- Gravitas and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and own communications end-to-end.
